1. Introduction
This document sets out how Recourse s.r.o., registered office at Prvního pluku 320/17, 186 00 Prague 8, Company ID No. 03760405 (the “Controller”), collects, processes, and protects personal data in the course of its activities and the IF GROUP project (the “Project”). These Policies take effect on 27 October 2025.
2. Scope and purpose of personal data processing
2.1. The Controller may collect personal data of contacted persons—e.g., first and last name, email address, telephone number—particularly in connection with contacting the Project Manager Mgr. Ivana Jačková (+49 (0)152 05723574, Ivana.jackova@if-group.eu) or when using forms/web contact.
2.2. The purposes of processing may include:
– communication and provision of information about the IF GROUP Project—partnerships, services, cooperation;
– responding to enquiries or requests submitted via the website;
– marketing/communications activities (where consent has been granted);
– fulfilment of the Controller’s legal or accounting obligations.
3. Legal basis for processing
Processing is carried out on the basis of:
– the data subject’s consent (e.g., for sending newsletters or marketing offers);
– compliance with the Controller’s legal obligations;
– the Controller’s legitimate interests—e.g., ensuring secure website operation or maintaining basic communication.
4. Categories of data processed
The data processed may include at a minimum: first and last name, email, telephone number, and, where applicable, company, position, and address (if relevant).
If special categories of personal data (e.g., sensitive data) are to be processed, explicit consent will be obtained.
5. Data storage and retention
5.1. Data will be retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, or for the period required by law.
5.2. After this period, the data will be securely deleted or anonymised.
6. Recipients of personal data
The Controller may disclose personal data to:
– contractual partners (e.g., IT service providers, web hosting providers) to the extent necessary;
– legal or audit entities where required by law;
– other parties only with the data subject’s consent or where required by law.
7. International data transfers (if relevant)
If personal data are transferred outside the European Economic Area, appropriate legal safeguards will be ensured (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses, appropriate measures).
8. Rights of data subjects
Every person whose data are processed has the right:
– to access (to learn what data the Controller processes);
– to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
– to erasure or restriction of processing, where permitted by law;
– to object to processing;
– to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
– to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in the Czech Republic: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů – Office for Personal Data Protection).
9. Security measures
The Controller implements technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of personal data against unauthorised or unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, or damage.
10. Changes to this document
The Controller reserves the right to update this document. The date of the last update will be stated in the header. Data subjects will be informed of material changes in the usual manner (e.g., via the website).
